Farm Tested. Farmer Inspired.
We believe it takes a farmer to know a farmer… and the equipment they depend on to make a living. Messer Repair and Fabricating is owned by third-generation farmers in Central Minnesota. We research, design and test all of the products we build – from unique, custom-built prototypes to standard farm equipment. We know that today's farmers have to do more with less. So we're always looking for ways to improve the products we manufacture and give you the best value for your hard-earned dollars. You'll see and feel the difference in the quality of our products.
Our employees have years of combined experience in all facets of the services we provide. At MRF we are your trusted source for quality manufacturing and fabrications.
What Sets Messer Apart?
We start with great designs.
No amount of premium steel or precise craftsmanship will make up for a poor design. So we create our designs to give you maximum performance right from the start. You'll get a higher net lift capacity; tough tensile strength in strategic, high stress areas; and smart, forward-thinking designs that don't hold moisture or collect excess debris.
We only use premium steel.
To get the best product, we start with the best steel at the right thickness. That way your equipment is built tough, but doesn't have to work harder than it should.
Our products are built by hand with quality craftsmanship.
Nothing can take the place of experienced craftsmanship. We take the time to assemble and weld our products by hand. That includes rounding off sharp corners, making sure everything lines up, and ensuring the surface is clean, sandblasted, and ready for powder coating.
We sandblast, prime and powder coat for long-lasting results.
We don't just chemical wash our products. We prime and powder coat them for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that keeps showing up strong growing season after growing season.
Hydraulic attachments are pressure tested with oil.
Before our hydraulic products leave the shop, they're pressure tested with oil to make sure hoses are routed properly and they're free of leaks. Then they're shipped wet with oil so you can get right to work.
